The MEA Benefits Trust is constantly looking for ways to better serve our members so we invite you to participate in the following quick survey. The survey will help us determine your current knowledge of existing programs and services. The deadline to complete the survey is May 21st.  All information you provide is completely confidential.

All respondents will receive a free "Emergency Room Dos and Don'ts" booklet and be entered to win one of 50 day passes to any of Maine's state parks and two grand prizes of an annual state park pass. As an added incentive, the first 200 respondents will automatically receive a free state park day pass for everyone in their vehicle (up to 17 people!).*
